I recently attended a Bible study group where we had a discussion about the overall message of the Gospel. One particular verse that stood out to me was Matthew 28:19. As we all know, this verse is often referred to as the Great Commission, where Jesus instructs His disciples to go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. While I understand the basic meaning of the verse, I'm curious about how it fits into the larger message of the Gospel. I wonder if this verse emphasizes the importance of spreading the teachings of Jesus and sharing the good news with others. I would love to hear your thoughts on how Matthew 28:19 relates to the overall message of the Gospel.
